Excellent opportunity to learn about cutting-edge service research in Japan, Asia, and throughout the globe!

The Society for Serviceology(SfS) organizes the ICServ International Webinar Series to present service research in Japan and throughout the globe. SfS is a community of service research located in Japan, with a wide variety of topics and expertise. Through the webinar series, we provide opportunities to learn about state-of-the-art research with brilliant invited speakers.

The final webinar in 2022 is titled "Collaborating with service researchers in Japan: lessons learned from experiences." This session aims to introduce the potential of international collaboration with service researchers in Japan, inviting researchers with collaboration experiences from SfS and abroad.
